We strictly follow all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or products with ingredients that are considered restricted or prohibited by any law within Australia.
Postage and Shipping
We will endeavour to deliver the goods you order within a timely manner, but accept no liability for failure to do so. Title to and risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
We ship to domestic customers (Australia wide) using Australia Post and cannot guarantee the delivery time. Delivery is subject to normal Australia Post delivery times. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. We may choose, as our sole discretion, to use a different courier provider in which case delivery times may vary from the Australia Post delivery times.
We happy to ship to international customers (outside of Australia) using Australia Post or other service providers, but cannot guarantee the delivery time. Some countries require additional information or notice before delivery is done which may result in slower order processing. International customers may be subject to duties and taxes in their country, which you the
customer will have to arrange and pay for to the relevant authority. We take no responsibility for shipments being rejected or failure of deliver for any reason.
